- Orr scored the goal at 40 seconds of overtime against Hall of Fame goalie Glenn Hall, with an assist from his close friend and teammate Derek "The Turk" Sanderson
- Orr was tripped right after scoring the goal by Blues defenseman Noel Picard and he went flying through the air with his arms stretched out in victory
- The subsequent photo of this moment has become the most famous and iconic hockey image of all time
- The autograph is preceded by the inscription "Best Regards" and followed by Orr's "#4"
