- He also played for the Toronto Blue Jays where he won two more consecutive World Series in 1992 and 1993. He spent the final year of his career with the Cleveland Indians in the shortened 1994 season.
- Morris was inducted into the Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame in 2018
