- Francis Michael "King" Clancy was a Canadian professional ice hockey player, referee, coach and executive. Clancy played 16 seasons in the National Hockey League for the Ottawa Senators and Toronto Maple Leafs. He was a member of three Stanley Cup championship teams
- Darryl Sittler is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player who played in the National Hockey League from 1970 until 1985 for the Toronto Maple Leafs, the Philadelphia Flyers and the Detroit Red Wings.
- Both individuals are in the NHL Hockey Hall of Fame
- Included with the autographed sheet is a King Clancy Hockey Hall of Fame distributed postcard
