- Keon did not grant Upper Deck licence to use his image for this set, so despite being one of the key pieces of the 1967 Stanley Cup Champion team, no card for Keon was officially issued
- This card was custom made by a fan, and signed by Keon to "complete the set"
- Box is 4.25" x 7" x 3” - card is a standard 2.5 x 3.5”
- Excellent condition: box is sealed, autographed custom card presents well with no smudging or bleeding
