- Acquired by former Leaf Mike "Shakey" Walton, who attended the event as a personal guest of Sundin
- Drafted 1st overall in 1989 NHL draft, Sundin played for the Quebec Nordiques, Toronto Maple Leafs and Vancouver Canucks. He was elected into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2012

- Excellent condition; one small thread pull on right sleeve. Small dot next to the first T in Toronto on the front patch. Autographs present well with no fading, bleeding or smudging
