- Full game worn Chatham All-Stars Negro league throwback uniform (jersey and pants), worn by Raul Mondesi of the Toronto Blue Jays on July 15th, 2001 in New York's Shea Stadium. Mondesi went 1 for 4 with a two-run homerun, the only 2 runs scored by the Jays in a 6-2 loss
- Also included is a photo match in the form of the Mondesi Fleer Baseball card from the 2002 printing
- Both the Mets and the Blue Jays wore replica Negro League uniforms for the game, with the Mets wearing New York Cubans replicas and the Jays wearing Chatham All-Stars replicas (as there were no Canadian teams in the sanctioned US Negro Major Leagues)
- The Chatham Coloured All-Stars were a Canadian amateur baseball team during the 1930s that featured notable players such as Earl "Flat" Chase and Fergie Jenkins Sr. Prior to the 2001 game in which the Jays honoured the team, the two surviving members at the time - Don Tabron and Sagasta Harding - as well as the son of Earl "Flat" Chase threw the first pitch of the game
- These are tough jerseys/uniforms to find as most of the players got to keep these for themselves. This particular set came from Gord Ash's collection. He was the General Manager of the Jays at the time and 2001 was his last season at the helm
- The pants are marked with "40 27 01" to denote waist size, uniform number and year. The pants and jersey are attributed to be worn together as they came as a set from the Gord Ash collection, so Mondesi may have just worn these pants or number 27 Chris Latham wore them when he pinch hit late in the ballgame
