- Very good condition; aside from original folding crease, first page has a notable crease at the bottom left corner. Visible edge wear along the left edge of the first page and a small stain on the right edge of the other three pages. Several staple holes near the staples in the top left corner as well as a folding crease. First page also has some tearing along the top edge. Overall very well preserved for a document of this nature. Autographs present very well with no smudging, bleeding or fading
