- Vintage over-sized Type 1 photo of former Heavyweight Champion boxer Floyd Patterson
- Patterson reigned as World Heavyweight Champion from 1956 to 1959, defeating Archie Moore to win the vacant crown, and losing to Ingemar Johansson to lose his title
- Re-gained the title by defeating Johansson in 1960, and lost it to Sonny Liston in 1962
- Patterson won the Olympic Gold Medal in Middleweight boxing at the 1952 Summer Olympics in Helsinki, Finland
- Great condition; some very light surface creasing but otherwise sharp corners and no rips or tears
- Size: 14" x 11"
